With over 10 years of surgical expertise and more than 4,000 successful procedures, Dr. Lal is renowned for his precision, dedication, and patient-centered care. After completing his medical graduation from Government Medical College, Nagpur, he earned his diploma in orthopaedics from the esteemed PMCH Patna.

To further his specialization, Dr. Lal pursued higher studies at MIOT Hospital in Chennai, where he completed his DNB in Orthopaedics under some of the most respected surgeons in South India. He enriched his surgical experience during his Senior Residency at Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi — one of the busiest orthopedic departments in India. There, he developed deep expertise in a wide range of orthopedic surgeries.
Driven by a passion to super-specialize, he completed a joint replacement fellowship under Dr. C.N. Negi, a senior surgeon at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. This experience ignited a strong interest in joint replacement techniques and outcomes.
